- 1 In a bowl, blend egg yolks and sugar with an electric mixer for about 10 minutes, until thick and light in color.
- 2 Add brandy and rum and blend with electric mixer.
- 3 Add cream and cold Holiday Spice Latte and blend to thoroughly dissolve sugar. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
- 4 Beat egg whites in a bowl with electric mixer until soft peaks form. Fold into eggnog.
- 5 Pour into frosted glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.
