Heat the coffee, and add the milk and a pinch of cinnamon. Stir and let cool before placing in a flat-bottom glass dish.
Whisk the eggs into a second flat-bottom glass dish.
Take a slice of bread or brioche, soak both sides quickly in the coffee mix and then in the beaten egg.
Cook in a pan with butter and vegetable oil over medium heat until brown.
Serve with berries.
