HEALTHY COLD BREW GRANOLA POPSICLES
  • Delicious, caffeinated, and nutritious. This breakfast version of cold brew coffee popsicles combines all your favourite healthy breakfast staples into an all- in-one early morning treat.

    In a blender, mix all the popsicle ingredients.

    Pour the mixture into the popsicle moulds up to three-quarters full, tapping the tray slightly so as to avoid air bubbles.

    Cover the moulds, insert the popsicle sticks and place in the freezer for 2 hours.

    In a small bowl combine the hot maple syrup with the granola.

    Remove the moulds from the freezer and pour the granola mixture on the bottom layer.
