- 1 In a large bowl, crack the eggs and whisk. Add the milk, brown sugar and ground coffee and mix well.
- 2 Place the bread slices in the mixture and let soak.
- 3 Warm a large pan on medium heat and melt half the butter. Add 2 slices of bread and brown them (2 minutes per side).
- 4 Garnish with yogurt, maple syrup and flaked almonds. Enjoy!
